Transcription Adheres to schedules

Being punctual is a highly valued virtue in our society and is considered a sign of respect for others and for ourselves. Keeping to schedules is essential to maintain a good personal and professional image and to be more productive in our day-to-day work. Therefore, it is important to start and finish commitments on time, even if some participants are late. This will help us build our reputation as productive people who do not waste time.

Being late can be considered disrespectful to the people with whom we have an appointment, meeting or commitment, and can generate a negative self-image. In the work environment, punctuality is fundamental for the correct functioning of the company and for the fulfillment of the established objectives and goals. If we arrive late to a meeting, we can delay the start of the meeting and affect the planned agenda, which can generate stress and loss of time for all participants.

There are several factors that can affect punctuality, such as traffic, lack of planning, lack of discipline and unforeseen events. It is important to identify the factors that prevent us from being on time and work on them to avoid unnecessary delays.

To be more punctual, it is essential to plan our activities properly, taking into account the time we need for each one and scheduling them with enough time to arrive on time to our commitments. It is also important to foresee unforeseen events and be disciplined in order to comply with the established schedules.
