Transcription Productivity and the office II
Productivity is one of the most important factors in any walk of life. Although productivity can be affected by the workplace, the truth is that the most productive workers are those who do not depend on physical space to be productive. In today's knowledge economy, the office is your brain, which creates value and productivity.
Your office is essentially in your head, and you can't go anywhere without it. However, this doesn't mean you have to be in a specific place to be productive. In fact, many highly productive people work from home, from an open or closed workspace, or from an office in a different location.
The mindset of highly productive people is that they are always learning, experiencing new things, sharpening their brain, improving it and, when they focus on working and being productive, they can do it from anywhere.
Although work can be time-consuming, such as commuting, this does not mean that valuable time has to be wasted. For example, working during a flight can be an excellent time to read and do research for the next course, to create notes for the next course, book or blog post. Not that you can't unplug and watch a silly movie, but the concept is that if you want to be productive, you can be productive.
One's office can be any place that makes one more productive. If you are traveling for work, you can also take the opportunity to explore the region and work when you are not in a training session or giving a lecture. The office is everywhere, which opens your life to more possibilities.
Vacations can be longer because you can continue to work in distant locations. You can't say you're not going to do anything productive on a given day, just because you're not in the office. The office is the brain, which you can take anywhere.
