We will also focus on vitamins and minerals, their properties and how their intake can improve our health and well-being, as well as the importance of hydration in our body and how we can stay hydrated.

In this course, you will also learn how to interpret the labels of vitamin and mineral supplements, when it is appropriate to take them and what are the best times to do so.
