Based on Bert Hellinger's constellation theory, it seeks to respect the laws of systems within an organization. The coach guides the client to identify compliance with these laws and to find equitable solutions for the team.
Inspired by Giorgio Nardone, it focuses on resolving the client's confusion to achieve results. The coach helps identify strategies and competencies needed for the client to adopt more effective solutions.
Based on Human Psychology and Gestalt Therapy. This approach encourages the client to explore the present and challenge limiting beliefs.
Tools: conversations with absent people, metaphors and stories.
Based on humanistic psychology and person-centered therapy [Rogers]. Radically trusts the client and is non-directive. The coach facilitates a growth environment without guiding the process.
