When entrepreneurs or leaders make important decisions, they may feel hesitation and fear of the consequences. They may also need to develop emotional, leadership or communication skills, optimizing their resources.
Coaching allows them to work from the present to build the future they want.
How to approach the coaching process:
The process includes four general stages: preparation, definition of the objective, follow-up of actions and discussion of results. The phases and sessions vary according to the coach and his or her methodology. Throughout the process, self-awareness, reflection and learning are encouraged, taking the client out of his or her comfort zone in a respectful manner.
A coach should be certified, empathetic, have good communication, listening skills and offer constant feedback. In addition, he/she must be ethical, have emotional stability, analytical skills, patience and the desire to continue training.
