Our work as life coaches is based on the education and formation of people
From a human sense, the best way to educate people in our environment is to do it from our own life experience
There may be many who resort to an academic education and that is correct because it is deducible that schools and universities train you as a professional in a specific field and also certify their students
In many cases it is our performance in the field that shows others whether we are sufficiently prepared for the job
QUESTION 2: WHAT IS CONDUCIVE TO AN EQUAL RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND THE COACH?
The part where we begin to encourage education is through study
Being aware of what this formative stage represents for our future as a life coach is the first step in recognizing that every event on our long journey will be part of our life experience
All kinds of manteria related to our growth will play a relevant role at some point in our lives, therefore it is advisable to invest in our preparation
Educating from experience fosters a relationship of equality between the client and the coach, making the learning process more interactive and the client's participation more interactive
QUESTION 3: WHAT IS THE FOCUS OF OUR WORK AS A LIFE COACH?
As it is to be noted, our performance in the field, that is, day to day, can be a good source of important experience to educate the environment and ourselves
Imagine what it would be like when we know a lot about a certain subject but have never put it into practice
Our work as a life coach focuses on transmitting to our clients experience and knowledge for the solution of many of their conflicts

In many educational centers in some parts of the world there is a teaching system that shows you the study content and rigid solutions to the questions
On the other hand, in other educational systems, guidelines used in coaching are put into practice in order to stimulate reflective learning in the student
Living the experience as learning can help us develop our cognitive abilities and transmit knowledge rather than information
When we just take the information at face value, it is very likely that we do not sufficiently stimulate our capacity to generate reflective judgment with an individual or collective solution
QUESTION 5: WHAT ROLE WOULD EXPERIENCE PLAY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR PERSONAL CAPABILITIES?
Each person has certain necessary skills that allow him/her to perform in one or more specific fields
Everyone can generate their own response to this because it is a stimulus for an endless dialogue
QUESTION 6: DOES TEACHING FROM EXPERIENCE CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF OUR PERSONAL SKILLS?
Our personal capabilities tell us how far we can go or how much we have yet to experience to reach the horizon we desire
It could simply be understood as a process in which we give and receive experience
QUESTION 7: DO WE ALWAYS ASK THE SAME QUESTIONS TO ALL CUSTOMERS?
Especially in coaching, educating with awareness can refer to owning our tools
If we do not keep in mind what experience represents in our training then we jeopardize the course that student clients need, as the case may be
