QUESTION 1: WHAT IS ONE OF THE MOST COVETED PERSONAL CONQUESTS?
During our course we set out to develop as many skills as possible with which to train as a coach
We seek to gain knowledge through study, we take advantage of mistakes to gain experience and we certainly have achievements, but we are always looking for more
As humans on this path, one of the best and most coveted personal conquests is emotional peace, that state of equilibrium where you are in harmony with who you are and from which no one or nothing else can find
We can have an arsenal of possessions, goods or merits, but if we lack emotional peace none of these things will make sense
QUESTION 2: WHY IS A SELF-ASSESSMENT OF OUR CURRENT STATE ADVISABLE?
We always take everything to an internal analysis of our situation to detect what worries us, what we are not happy with
A self-assessment of our current state is always advisable because we are beings that are constantly changing
By knowing our current status we compare it to a desired status standard
Surely this is the beginning to understand that we need a change and we put ourselves in function of what we feel to make it a necessity
QUESTION 3: IS IT A PREREQUISITE TO BE IN BALANCE AS A COACH?
For our coaching profession it is an indispensable requirement to be in balance as we guide clients towards personal growth through emotional improvement
Balance is evidenced by our pretensions, our priorities and our surroundings
The people around you are also carriers of balance and build your emotional peace, your family, friends or co-workers
Primarily the couple's relationship plays an important role in empowering us to make decisions
QUESTION 4: WHEN ARE WE MOST ABLE TO HELP OTHERS IN THE SEARCH FOR THEIR OWN PEACE?
If our relationship does not provide us with balance, it will be difficult for us to make important decisions responsibly and the search for emotional peace will become a desperate need
When we lead an emotionally balanced life, we are better able to help others in their search for peace
QUESTION 5: IS NEED AND DESIRE THE SAME?
I need to have a big house with luxuries and I think that will bring me peace
It is good to note that need is not the same as desire, in general, needs are more urgent and our state of mind depends on them
On the other hand, desire refers to an idea of conquest through which we organize what we feel and what we want
Many come to blame their situation of emotional peace with the solution of their needs but once they are solved they conclude that they were not the cause of their absence and set out on an intermediate search for a solution
QUESTION 6: WHAT IS EMOTIONAL PEACE ABOUT?
We grow up to the rhythm of many things we relate to and we erroneously attribute to it that when we reach a goal we will be calm, but it works in another way
As you can imagine, the connection with yourself is important for the search of that emotional peace you desire, to reach our purest center, our defeats, our conquests and dreams
To understand what emotional peace is all about, we must accept our defeats, failures and everything that affected us in the past, understanding that events come to us with a great teaching
We end up assuming that the connection between you and purpose are the solution to peace when what we need we find where we did not imagine
QUESTION 7: WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF BEING AUTHENTIC?
We are beings that live in community, we constantly interact with people and we establish a connection with them through which we contribute and they contribute to our growth
It is almost inevitable not to be influenced by the way of being or thinking of those around us, but the best advice I can give you is to be authentic
When we own our tools, our language, our dreams, it is because we seek emotional peace as a personal sense and not because it belongs to someone else

QUESTION 8: WHAT DO WE UNDERSTAND ABOUT FREEDOM WHEN WE ACHIEVE INNER PEACE?
Freedom is one of the great utopias of humanity and one that we would all like to understand how it works
It is a state that is felt only when inner emotional peace is conquered and determines a large part of our condition
When we reach inner peace we understand that freedom exists in us just as faith and love exist in us, no one has the strength or the right to take away from us what we feel
We alone are responsible for knowing that it belongs to us, not only personally, but collectively to all of us
