Test Safety vs Risk
Agenda
QUESTION 1: DO ALL PEOPLE CHOOSE TO BE IN THEIR SAFE ZONE?
The vast majority of people seek a sense of financial, physical and even sentimental security amidst so much turbulence
It is natural to be tied to responsibilities such as a job to support, a home to support or a course or university to support us
Have you ever wondered what happens if we go out and set out to take risks in our lives?
There are few people who leave behind all dreams of calm and routine to venture into change and endless experiences from which to learn
QUESTION 2: HOW DO WE UNDERSTAND THE COMFORT ZONE?
There are the things that we have culturally inherited and that we reproduce, such as studying to get a good job with which to support an income or a house, and the other things that follow
There are also the things that we do not let go of because we feel they are necessary and on which our present depends a lot
We live with the gratification that we are in a comfort zone surrounded by a certain stability and from where we do not dare to leave
There is still a lot of fear of finding ourselves on the road with nothing in our pockets
QUESTION 3: WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF WE LOOKED OUTSIDE?
Somehow we would begin by taking the first step into the unknown
The vast majority would cling to not losing their surroundings, their safe zone
QUESTION 4: WHAT IS BEYOND WHAT WE KNOW?
A large number of entrepreneurs are often stimulated by this question to find the answer
We can simply find whatever we are able to dream of
We as coaches are also entrepreneurs, any form of security must be created by ourselves
It is normal to avoid the unknown, especially when it symbolizes putting the known at risk
QUESTION 5: WHAT DRIVES US TO REMAIN ATTACHED TO THE IDEA OF SECURITY THAT WE KNOW?
Our thoughts concerning how we view reality drive us to remain attached to the idea of security that we know
Even if we are not entirely satisfied with the job because we do not feel that it is fulfilling or that we are not exploiting our skills to the fullest, we know that the salary supports a certain level of job satisfaction
Why would I abandon what I know? is the normal way of thinking inside us
We end up accepting our reality as it is, condemning ourselves to believe that what we earn now solves all our problems even if it does not represent personal wellbeing
QUESTION 6: WHAT IS THE FIRST THING WE SHOULD FEEL TO DRIVE US?
The first thing to drive us is to feel some dissatisfaction with the present and the reality you live, there are things you need to change, start new experiences around you
You know that out there there is an infinity of probabilities for you, you have the thirst to learn, to expand your vision of the unknown world
We go in search of a motivation, what you really like to do and what you can help to change both you and your surroundings
When we decide to change our present, this does not mean that we must necessarily lose what we already have, but that we go in search of more
QUESTION 7: WHAT DO THE ASPIRATIONS REPRESENT FOR WHAT WE DESIRE?
The second step to complete who you are or want to be is to dream
They may tell you to keep your feet on the ground but it is important to visualize ourselves as we want to feel that we can achieve it in the real world
Aspirations come to represent the greatest motivation to direct our actions towards what we desire
None of the above
QUESTION 8: WHAT ELEMENTS IN OUR LIVES LIMIT US FROM TAKING RISKS?
When we are in search of our goal in life it is inevitable to take risks, in the unknown anything can happen
It may be that we reach it in more or less time than expected, but sometimes it is necessary to lose what we had before to give way to the next thing that will bring us the reason to undertake
A relevant element that limits us from taking risks in our lives is fear
For the simple analysis of risk in our life project we have our conditions, what we aspire to and what we do not want to happen to us during the process or at the end
