Test What we want to achieve and what we do
Agenda
QUESTION 1: WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE WE SET OURSELVES IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE CONCORDANCE BETWEEN WHAT WE WANT AND WHAT WE DO?
We are faced with the question of the concordance between what we want and what we do, and we finally set ourselves the objective that one complements the other
This happens when we do not have a plan to accomplish what we set out to do
We are coaches and deal constantly with clients and their situations
To help you, we could be clear about certain aspects of personal determination or a bit of coherence
QUESTION 2: WHAT IS THE IMPLICATION OF DEFINING OURSELVES BY HOW WE FEEL?
Much of what we achieve in life depends on how we define ourselves personally
We can say that we define ourselves by our actions, we are charitable people or people of good will towards others so we make a concussion about that
In other isolated actions we may think that we define ourselves by how we feel and you can imagine that if you feel good you will remain stable, but if you feel depressed or unwell you will be more likely to be stable if you are not feeling well, but if you feel depressed or unwell you will be more
For everyone at some point in time it is also valid to define oneself according to past events or results achieved, so it is the same as with feelings
QUESTION 3: HOW IS IDENTITY SHAPED?
It is already known that we are born with a psychic identity, our personality, but there is another form of identity which is the one that others perceive of us
Identity in a general sense is shaped by our experience in a given area
Everything about us can be constructed according to how we want to be perceived by others
We shape our habits and customs, ways of dressing and behaving in order to make a good impression on customers and we build that identity over time
QUESTION 4: WHAT SHOULD WE DO IF WE DO NOT YET HAVE OUR VISION OF THE FUTURE?
An important aspect to define what we want to achieve in our lives is to have a vision of the future
There are probably sectors of great personal interest in which you see yourself working, whether it be the arts, business or science
If you see yourself achieving results in your vision of the future then you already have a little bit of what you want to achieve
If you do not yet have this privilege, take your time until you find it because it will be very helpful to apply strategies that are consistent with your purpose
QUESTION 5: WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT ASSUME OUR ACTIONS WITH COMMITMENT?
It is not enough to have a clear vision of where we want to go, it is necessary to assume it with a high level of commitment to obtain results
All ideas are good, all can be a grain of gold to be exploited, but it takes dedication in effort and time to see it grow
If we did not assume our actions with commitment then deep down we had no real intentions to develop that area of our knowledge
In some cases it is enough to have a vision and be committed to its outcome and above all the process, things concerning procedures can be learned as you go along
QUESTION 6: DOES ACTING CONSISTENTLY DEFINE OUR PERSONALITY?
When we have an idea of any kind, it doesn't just stay in our head, we want to make it a reality, so the right thing to do is to propose actions in accordance with our thoughts
Acting with coherence is what can really define us and our personality, since with our actions we prepare the conditions to promote our first idea
In our thoughts as well as in our words, what we say and declare to others must be endowed with actions coherent with them, since it reflects our level of commitment to ourselves
We are on the road to coaching training and clients get as much from us as we can offer them, virtues and even mistakes
