Coaching has become popular nowadays as an advisory technique during the work process of the work team, it constitutes an active link for motivation and the creation of awareness of the value of all sectors in our company. The result of the interaction of a coach is the general well-being of our team, by stimulating new skills and abilities in our employees and even managers. One way in which we can see the value of our profession as a Coach is to know the benefit and result not only for us but in our environment, in the workplace. We will have in this section an approach to the value of a Coach in the labor market.

Job growth.

To generate a labor growth in our company it is favorable to dedicate time for the training of our personnel that will be in function of representing our common interests. In this case the Coach is the person in charge of this subtle work, having the challenge of demonstrating how important are the colleagues that integrate the team for the company. In order for job growth to begin to take shape, it is necessary for the Coach to establish a real connection between the employee and the company's current situation. When we are committed to the general objectives of the company, the success of the company is also our success and we strive as a group or individually for job growth.
