Exhaustion caused by uncontrolled sensitivity.

This initial phase is characterized by such a deep connection with sensations that the individual often feels vulnerable and worn down by external circumstances.

In this state, emotions operate explosively, causing almost any interaction to be perceived as strictly personal.

There is a constant cycle of attrition where historical traumas act as the main engine of daily life, becoming activated by common experiences and generating a sense of isolation.

Lacking an analytical filter, the person is at the mercy of his or her impulses, resulting in severe psychological fatigue from having to continually manage the consequences of emotional outbursts.

Finding alternatives to chronic fatigue

The turning point arises when the level of discomfort is so high that the subject begins to question the viability of his or her lifestyle.

An incipient awakening occurs where the central question ceases to be "why is this happening to me" and becomes "is there a different way to process what I feel?".

This exhaustion of the "reactive armor" drives the individual to actively seek new philosophies, either through training, specialized reading or professional counseling. It is the beginning of the will to change, where it is recognized that pain is not an inevitable fate, but a symptom of an internal architecture that requires redesign.

Beginning of self-observation and analytical pause.

As the individual transitions to greater awareness, he or she begins to internalize the processing of his or her behaviors.

The ability to observe one's own and others' reactions from a more objective perspective develops, understanding that others also go through their own suffering processes.

A key milestone at this stage is the discovery of the difference between reacting instinctively and responding with deliberation.

Techniques of "emotional latency" are implemented, such as postponing responses to provocations for a full cycle to allow the stress chemistry to dissipate and reason to reg
