Transcription Dietary supplements
One of the most purchased products in the world of nutrition and fitness are dietary supplements. Organisms need a wide range of nutrients that we are not always able to provide, either by lifestyle, by the diet we follow or by deficiencies that we naturally present; and this is where supplements come in.
There are many types of supplements designed to cover dissimilar deficiencies or to enhance processes associated with diets and workouts. People with endomorphic bodies are no exception to need this type of products, in fact many of these are very useful to achieve good results when following an endomorphic diet. What are supplements?

- Glucomannan: It is a supplement rich in soluble fibers that delay gastric emptying, thus increasing the feeling of satiety and contributing to body weight loss.
- BCAA supplement: Supplement related to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass, which intervenes in the body's metabolic processes. It has an anti-catabolic and anabolic function on muscle metabolism, allowing to slow down the decrease of muscle power during workouts.
