However, to stand out as a valuable candidate, it is crucial to focus on service and how you can help the employer.

Your value lies not only in your skills, but in how they can solve the company's problems.

Change the chip: Don't ask for, but offer solutions.

Instead of presenting yourself with a "please, I need a job" or "I need a job that solves my needs" attitude, adopt an offer mentality. adopt an offer mentality.

Think, "This employer has a problem or a need, and I have the skills (A, B, C) to help them solve it."

Your purpose in the interview is to demonstrate that you are an asset to them, someone who is coming to serve and bring value.

Just as a brand advertises the benefits of its product, you should emphasize the benefits of hiring you.

Identify how you can solve the employer's problems

Before the interview, ask yourself specifically, "How can I be of service to this employer?"

Analyze the job description, research the company and their current challenges.

Record and communicate your value proposition
