Many may take these teachings as a therapy course, but others have the goal of applying the tools that we are recognizing in their daily lives. The idea of entrepreneurship is always a paradigm of personal and business freedom; we are the great company under construction, commitment, courage and experience in terms of growing as coaches and helping others to achieve their goals. All this vision about how we will see our business is not only based on self-management, it is also important to have a team that supports our idea.

Now you may think, if only I have the knowledge then I don't need anyone else. Well we may be wrong if we think that way, today there are a number of mechanisms to facilitate the visibility of the value of our company; behind these mechanisms there are more people, a team that is responsible for other tasks that also keeps us afloat. If you set out to push a giant rock from one place to another, it will inevitably be cumbersome, but if you convince several people to help you, you will be able to achieve it in a more effective way and, best of all, share the result and the credit.

Teamwork.

The beginnings for entrepreneurship can sometimes be a little difficult, especially because although we have the idea and the desire to start there are tools that we do not master or do not know. All businesses have important areas such as communication, finances and legality that allow their progress and permanence in the market. Some people prefer to go it alone, but in one way or another they end up recognizing that a business can be better managed with a team, facilitating better time management and progressive progress. Surely we do not know how to create and manage a website where to position our business in an accessible way to customers; then we need someone with the experience and creativity to boost us, and so in other sectors related to us.

The gear.

When we see our business in the long term we think about how to put our ideal to work; we are Coaches, we work directly with people but while someone is in charge of the activity of our social networks. We can have a public relations person or representative to manage events for us such as conferences or master classes and even meetings with clients. The idea of the image of our company is also important because this is how clients will see us, our digital presentation, posters and documentation of our events are necessary to contain a good visual history.

For a Coach the study time is endless and fundamental since knowledge is not static, we need to delegate these tasks of organization; marketing and management in our work team, this can be achieved sometimes when we already have a certain prestige and we have a movement and budget that can cover it. The good thing about the exchange of knowledge and group learning is an aspect that is consolidated with the help and contribution of others.

Teamwork.

What is the benefit for us to work as a team? Teamwork allows us to distribute the tasks among the members with the objective of prioritizing their effectiveness in charge of trained people. By having trained personnel we guarantee a better productivity since each person focuses on a specific sector. If we work as a team we give the possibility to its members to apply their skills and creativity in function of the company, generating better ideas and different solutions by having several points of view. Working in a team greatly benefits a business because it allows various experiences to come together with a common purpose.

Interpersonal relationships.

How do interpersonal relationships influence our work? We are social beings that need to evidence our growth both individually and collectively, we begin to socialize the ideas of entrepreneurship mainly with people capable of catapulting the business to a professional level. Once our collaborators are committed to our vision they will be able to champion it as much as we do. Interpersonal relationships are greatly needed for the development of a company, especially if the objective is of conceptual value as is coaching. Our team must believe in our purpose so that it becomes something collective and valuable for everyone.
