We all have dreams we want to fulfill, places we want to go, but they only remain in our imagination if we don't plan strategies to achieve them. Mainly with coaching we explore the aspects of our personality that make it easier for us to leave behind inferiority complexes and dysfunctional thoughts to focus on the potential that we all have. We know it is difficult, but what do we lose by trying? The most worrying thing when we have an introverted personality is: What will they say about us? What do others think? This is the thought when we are not so entrenched in our own personality; therefore, the best way to achieve our goals is to project ourselves with strategies, a plan in hand to prove ourselves and go out once and for all to the outside world. Everything starts inside our mind, if we start by saying we can't then we are finished. It is difficult, nothing in this world is solved by itself, we are the ones who push the first piece of the puzzle until we have solved the riddle. We decide whether to stay with the desire or take the flight that with these guidelines will be endless.
The commitment.
As we know there are always difficulties and I tell you that these are necessary to challenge us to overcome them in the most effective way. Commitment to our goals is an aspect of vital constancy for our personal vision. Being consistent with the main idea proposed is to be aware of all the details that we should not neglect, such as what we have to start with, what we want to achieve and how far we can go with our idea. Our level of commitment is tested every second of our journey, there are always people who doubt us or are determined to prevent us for dissimilar reasons that we realize them, there are the moments of aggrandizement and commitment that is needed to not abandon us to failure.
Positive thinking.
In this occasion we can think that it is not part of the plan, but the thought that we maintain will define a lot how much we will be able to obtain. The first thing we must sort out is our inner mess, what we think. We already know that our thinking can take shape sooner or later so it is important to focus on the positive and beneficial things that our life project will bring. It is clear to us that for many purposes thoughts will become motivations that will propitiate a gradual growth. We know that there are negative things in this world, but if we choose to consume information that contributes to us, motivational phrases or read experiences about a purpose similar to ours, we will arm ourselves with tools to enrich ourselves and continue with a better attitude.
Distractions.
It is irresistible, and they really are inevitable, distractions are the worst enemy for our goals; as we can imagine they are not in the plan, but they appear in the moments in which we are more immersed in our purpose. It is important to know how to identify what represents a distraction for us and how we can avoid falling into the big trap. At the moment we establish our priorities we can take into account that a distraction is capable of making us lose a good opportunity and time, not being in the right place or making mistakes that bring remarkable consequences for the future.
Plan your time.
One of the most demanded resources by us mortals is time, we complain about it and the inability to possess it because it turns out to be really ephemeral and we can only take advantage of it to the maximum. One of the best ways to take advantage of the time is to make an agenda of actions or setting limits of compliance to these. Another factor that helps us to make the best use of our time is ordering the most urgent priorities and how long it would take to solve them. The reason for the time is always necessary to plan both, if we have a job, or studies and our goal is in environments outside these, requires a greater demand of time and effort on our part to achieve it. In the same way that we plan our work time, we also plan our learning time and even our free or leisure time. As we mentioned before, one of the things that can cause us to lose time are banal distractions that do not represent a contribution to our objective.
