Having people close to us with whom we can share, from a cup of coffee to information and support, makes the difference between being successful or not. Those who have succeeded recommend having a circle of trust at home and at work, made up of people with whom we feel so comfortable and confident that, when we receive a pat of approval or a gesture of disagreement from them, it makes us react.

In the communicator's work, being able to count on the real opinion of people close to him, allows him to redesign his strategies to find the best result and achieve professional success.

An effective exercise: To be a good communicator, it is essential to master the ability to convey a message clearly and precisely, without wasting time on unnecessary explanations. An excellent way to improve message clarity is through a circle of support, where members share common interests and a similar vision of life, based on mutual trust and sincerity.

By showing them the work, the communicator can receive valuable feedback and adjust his message to make it more effective and understandable to his audience. It is advisable not to let them know the end goal. If possible, it is also beneficial to send the material to friends who are from a different physical and cultural background, as their perspective can provide valuable information.

Once they have been shown the work, members should be contacted for discussion and feedback, which can be categorized into two types. If people praise the flow and correctness of the presentation, but do not remember anything about the content or images, this indicates that the message was not conveyed effectively, suggesting that the work should be discarded and reworked.

On the other hand, if people discuss the information and point out the most relevant points that coincide with the communicator's objective, it means that the message fulfills its purpose and should be kept that way, as the evidence shows that it works.

When the time comes to present to the public, the communicator can be confident that the result is the fruit of a job well done, rather than relying solely on luck. The fundamental lesson of this method is that when information is presented effectively, people remember it, and what they cannot remember should be eliminated.

Quality accompaniment: The work of a competent communicator requires a strong and caring circle of trust. This team has multiple functions, from meticulously taking care of the details of a presentation, including technical aspects such as the correct connection of microphones and the organization of the audiovisual support, to providing a last look at the presenter before sharing the message with the audience.

The support team ensures that the presentation is of the required quality, allowing the communicator to concentrate on his or her task without worry. If necessary, an additional person can be hired to provide support and ensure positive results, and having someone from the family is also of great value from a practical and emotional point of view.

Benefits of a circle of trust: Having a circle of trust is essential to a communicator's success because having people nearby who are willing to collaborate eliminates risks that could negatively affect the final outcome of the work. In addition, the circle of trust provides emotional support and contributes to the development of skills without criticism or pressure, offering ideas and collaborating with sincerity and total dedication.
