What is nutrigenomics - nutrition
Nutrigenomics originates from the well-known nutritional genomics. It is another discipline of nutrition that is responsible for carrying out the relevant studies on the incidence of food on our genetic structure, for which the food is broken down to its minimum expression, analyzing each of its molecules to know in depth the impact that these can have on our body, especially in the genes.
Nutrigenomics has shown that certain foods can have a beneficial or negative effect on the structure of our genes. Several studies have shown that not all diets are suitable for all types of people, while some people do well with a certain diet, others are severely damaged by limiting their food. This is mainly due to the fact that the human genotype is a very complex and to some extent sensitive system, so it must be individualized when facing certain health problems.
