First of all, we are training in this course to learn how to guide clients towards the solution of their conflicts

The action plan is a procedure that guides the fulfillment of our goals in the work, business or life environment and we can shape it according to the needs that are most relevant to us
If our client or we ourselves from our personal experience do not have a final goal, then an action plan would not make sense, for this reason it is essential to know what is desired or desired
