Indecision can lead us to get stuck and postpone the activities we normally do, with the question of where are we going? Are we taking the right steps? Feeling anxiety and some frustration for trying to solve many tasks at the same time and not succeeding is characteristic of many proactive people when they do not establish priorities in their lives. We may have clear goals to accomplish but we don't know which ones to accomplish first and which ones follow. Most of the clients who come to us come looking for the key to guarantee success in their life plans, so the key is the organization of goals and for that we establish clear priorities. What we provide to the clients is an analysis of an action plan according to their most urgent priorities, since we all need to solve what we are dealing with as soon as possible.

Guiding customers.

First of all we are training in this course to learn how to guide clients towards the solution of their conflicts. Having a clear vision and helping them to extract their own version of themselves leads us to the question of how they want to be remembered. Once we are gone we want to leave a legacy, it is a lofty goal, but everyone wants to leave their name in history with a great contribution to society and the vision we set for ourselves will be what others will remember. Within the long term priorities or for life we have our legacy.

Decision making.

One of the aspects that we clarify with our work is the awareness of decisions. What are the priorities of someone who needs to grow as a person? To answer this we need to know that the decisions to be made must be based on priorities. As a first impulse we start making decisions on the needs that are already close to produce a change in our reality. If we do not make decisions in the present, we will hardly have the courage to do it correctly in the future. Many times we try to fulfill all our agenda of needs and in vain we manage to achieve some of them, this is because we must decide the level of importance.

Where do the customers stand?

We do not achieve much by rushing into a solution for the clients, it is important to offer a better coaching to know in what state of progress of their goals they are in. For this method, it is best to develop a questionnaire that represents their priorities such as their personal emotionality or their work situation in order to investigate and reinforce the areas of interest to improve in this. We may have clients who are very knowledgeable in coaching and request a more advanced treatment than just a beginner's tutorial on priorities. Others may have already achieved some goals and are going through a blurring of focus and need an outside point of view or the expertise of a counselor.

Client Positives.

Our focus is always on the client and we need to bring the best to their search process, so it is good to focus on all types of issues based on the positives they have achieved so far to lay the foundation for their starting point. As we know clients come to us looking for the reason of solutions, we make them see their priorities and the positive of deciding for them for their final purpose. Some make reference to how bad they are or how difficult it has become to know their present priority and the full weight of the direction in which we show them the way falls on a coach. All the phases of the process have negative sides and certainly they are the most noticeable, but if we only attend to the disaster the client will not feel a real advance of our support because he/she runs the risk of disengaging easily.

Action plan.

Once the priorities of our clients are known, we help them to form an appropriate action plan for their situation. The purpose of the elaboration of a plan according to their level or situation is that they organize the horizon of events they want for their life. The action plan is a procedure that guides the fulfillment of our goals in the work, business or life environment and we
