We can count on countless certificates of professionalism, tangible achievements in our area of work, but something very essential that is not learned in any university is how to manage our companies
The aspect that truly shapes a coach is the mastery of one's own emotionality
QUESTION 3: WHAT SHOULD WE DO IF WE ARE RECENTLY FEELING FRUSTRATION?
We will begin by referring to a fairly recurrent theme for all of our lives, frustration
Any person can talk to us about frustration from an experiential point of view, since it is part of the uncontrollable hurricane of life
The first part, if you are feeling it recently, is to know how to accept it
We must recognize how deep in the abyss we are
QUESTION 4: WHAT IS THE WORST SIDE OF FRUSTRATION?
The good news is that frustration is a transitory state into which we fall because we have not obtained the result we expected from our actions or from life itself
The worst thing about it is that we end up blaming someone else for our condition in the wrong way
It is important to address that the phenomenon of frustration causes us to be burdened with behavioral problems such as anxiety or depression that prevent us from fully analyzing how to successfully overcome this phenomenon
The best thing about bad times is that we have the decision to take the teaching and rethink how we will overcome it to prevent it from affecting our well-being
QUESTION 5: HOW DO WE SATISFY THE DOUBTS AND CONCERNS OF OUR FUTURE CUSTOMERS?
Many people do not know their emotions, that is, they do not know what they feel when the interaction environment provides them with stimuli

In a revealing way in search of personal growth we try to connect what we are and feel to a larger scale, to cultivate self-awareness for ourselves and those around us
Identifying our strengths and weaknesses and how to stimulate them to keep us in balance is a formidable exercise
Where do you want to get to, how and why are the main questions to start being consistent with our present
Setting goals and proceeding with positive intentionality, recognizing when we are wrong and what we can change to move up to where we want to be is one of the benefits of cultivating self-conscience
