In this Business Coach course, in addition to providing you with information to complement the training, we also have some tips to work on personal well-being. This personal well-being always influences our environment and is returned to us in the same way. If our emotionality is constantly in highs and lows then it can be difficult to make decisions regarding our business. A Coach is a leader, and as leaders we must have the determination to decide the fate of the company. As a Coach it is necessary to give the best version of yourself, because you are an example for your colleagues and clients to follow.

Our values.

How do we show the best version of ourselves, when we try to convince the public that we are a good choice as a company and as a person? The way we can show ourselves as we need to is by looking at our personal values. People are generally in search of well-being, and we need to surround ourselves with favorable influences that are found in the values we bring to the table. Our personal values are the key to show clients and colleagues our ethical principles, formal education, honesty, kindness, respect, responsibility.

Discipline for work.

Discipline for work is a necessary resource, it reflects the level of commitment we create to achieve our closest goals. If we have the challenge to show our usefulness in the company, to assume the work with discipline is a way to give the best version of oneself. All companies know that discipline at work allows us to achieve higher levels of quality and productivity; the ability to adapt to change in our environment is a good result of the discipline we have at work.

Empathy.

When you want to be your best version for the business we socialize our concern through empathy, both with your customers and with co-workers and even friends and family. With empathy we can understand the reasons and needs of our social environment in order to strategize how to address the shortcomings. When we are empathetic with our fellow human beings we show a more human version of ourselves; an empathetic and humanized treatment is what most customers are looking for. Keep in mind that as humans, if we show empathy we will also receive similar treatment from our clients.

Situational intelligence.

The world is a turbulent place where we are confronted daily with situations and emotions, mainly from customers or co-workers. Knowing how to reverse an uncomfortable situation at work is important to your training as a coach. It is very valuable for the business that we know how to proceed intelligently when faced with unforeseen events with a client. The objective of acting intelligently
