Hi, how are you? You can imagine that in the previous sections there has been a lot of content and methods where we refer to the value and its use for our purpose and it is important to master the above content to know how to guide those who need specialized attention. As a business coach and above all as a person, as a human, we propose to give the best of ourselves, an important aspect to see is authenticity. Surely you have met people who have a different type of aptitude in every place they interact, who hide their true way of being behind a character and treat each person indistinctly according to what they want to get.

I want to announce you that that way can bring you some kind of result one time but not always. You know you can fool someone one day, but not every day, and with coaching we pursue a kind of stability that allows us to be authentic so my advice is, be yourself.

Within your personality.

How to be yourself? This is a question that comes up for all of us at one time or another.

Personality is something that is formed over time and with the help of our family and social environment. When we are small we are instilled with a series of values such as responsibility, respect, kindness, as well as formal education rules that help our interaction with our peers. Now you will say to me, what does formal education have to do with it? Well, formal education is where your personality begins to project itself to your peers. When you greet a person in the street, a neighbor or a friend and they greet you back, we are exchanging emotionality, that is to say, you give and receive responses that influence your well-being as a human being. The best way to understand this is to be aware of this exchange and its repercussion in order to give it with total honesty. If you work with clients, have you ever wondered how you would break the ice to talk business with a client or co-worker without first sending an emotional greeting? No. It is very abrupt to get a person's attention without first saying hello. Besides, if we don't say hello we are avoiding the concept of empathy that we are developing with them.

Coaching and we would lose the first impression of contact with the client. In the same way it happens with life in general we must first open the door to be able to enter.

Self-esteem.

The reason why your personality can undergo sudden changes lies largely in self-esteem. It is very important to raise self-esteem to keep our emotionality protected from the bad influence of life's setbacks.

Surely you see that during the course of life itself unforeseen events arise that hinder our progress in our business for this we must overcome with a favorable mood to understand the situation and to overcome it. A simple example is the way we see ourselves with respect to the world or talk about ourselves; begin to shed that negativity that can destroy future plans. Learning to accept ourselves with our flaws but recognizing the virtues is a good step to build our self-confidence. If you want to guarantee your success and good self-esteem here is one way; smile.

Level of commitment.

Your level of commitment to yourself says a lot about who you are. If you are a responsible person and your words go hand in hand with your actions; if you are consistent with the things you promise; if you have a clear vision of where you want to go and how to do it, if you are aware of your capabilities, your limits, your purpose, then you are a committed person and others will see in you someone to trust because you are a positive reference.

Respect.

To build a relationship of interaction as a Coach we must know that respect is the main base. It is of utmost importance to be aware of our aptitude with our clients and our coworkers, because in them the whole content of our purpose is sustained, which is to make viable the commercial and personal relationships between them. Respect is a value that we must always keep in first place, both in our company and in our family, friends and neighbors, because when we show it we make known one of the concepts of values most appreciated by all. Respect works like a mirror, when it is given, it is also received, and when it is broken, it is very difficult to restore it. In any field or situation we find ourselves in, we must not forget that respect supports our prestige and that of our business.
