Most people want things for their lives that sometimes from their own opinion are unattainable, and it is not about having a nonconformist personality, but a continuous and natural desire for improvement that we all possess. However, this dilemma between what we are and have and what we wish to be and have, leads some to go beyond the balanced limits in the search for the right solutions.
At times like these, life coaching provides the client with resources that teach them to explore their inner essence and accurately create the image of what they desire, preparing them adequately to go out into the world and make their dreams come true.
Finding an ideal state of life
A coach cannot design the life sequence of his client, no one can do that; but he does have the knowledge to outline strategies to guide those who seek his help to find a healthy and precise path that will lead them to achieve their goals.
Some people tend to judge themselves very harshly for not having the life they want, but the timely guidance of the coach will make them look at their reality by analyzing their limiting beliefs and behaviors, causing them to change their views.
The experienced coach knows that the work time is not the same for all clients, while for some the work process lasts a lifetime, for others it is not so; being important to note that professional coaching has nothing to do with fostering relationships of emotional dependence of the client with his coach, who orients his work in helping him to understand that in the vision of his ideal state of life the most valuable thing is not what he is going to do, but who he is going to become at the end of the process.
Working with the imagination
Relying on the power of imagination, the coach teaches the client to dynamically analyze different aspects of his life, taking as a starting point the client's current reality, with all the external factors that influence his life.
In the next step, the client must replace the image of his current reality with an image of himself in his ideal future state and must see himself putting into practice all his skills and knowledge as an active participant in this new imagined reality.
The client, guided by the professional, should express how he/she felt being the protagonist, in his/her imagined reality, of his/her own achievements, what sensations and feelings were provoked by the experience of putting into practice his/her knowledge and skills in the vision of his/he
