Throughout our training as a coach we have come to understand that much of our business success depends on our personal development and vice versa. Our business feeds and enriches from our leadership potential to know how to lead it with intelligence. As we grow our business, we grow with it. Part of this vision complements what we call personal development. Every day we face challenges that test our level of professionalism and responsibility in business and in life itself.

Personal growth and development.

Personal development carries the greatest weight when it comes to applying our knowledge to life in general, whether with our family, friends or co-workers. Knowing how to choose or create an appropriate work environment is one of the advantages we get from this constant development where we develop as a coach. This professional growth helps to establish clear objectives about our course, what we want to achieve with our long or short term goals. With this development we aim to consolidate the basic aspects for our success and that of our company; let's be clear that without these objectives our great idea will lack value and we will just be one more in the market trying to make money without offering something different.

Capacity to influence.

As we know we are social beings and we owe it to society to achieve our development in it, therefore we must focus as Coach on the ability to be influential in our field. We deal daily with people whom we have the objective of guiding or training in this long way. As a Coach we must always be clear that through self-awareness we can generate self-management to achieve the goals we set for ourselves. We influence our co-workers and clients to achieve in them the assimilation of skills that help them to create for themselves a more stable and sustainable communication with their own environment. As we succeed in influencing our environment, we can foster a better environment open to change with the idea of personal development for others.

Skills and capabilities.

Developing the right skills and capabilities for our fellow human beings, whether in business or in life interaction, also means personal growth. Communication helps us to create a trusting environment around us that is necessary to make the rest of the work fun for everyone. An important skill when we socialize is our ability to listen, where the exchange of criteria strengthens the building of trust with our peers and we can know what concerns our customers in terms of work. When we talk about skills and abilities there are many, and the mastery of these represents a step forward in our life, a personal growth with which we can face any conflict intelligently and win more for us and our company.

Motivation.

Here we are in front of a challenge that few people face, how to motivate your environment. A large part of what we can consider a level of influence on others is motivation. With it we can clarify or make others see where are the important things of value such as responsibility or respect among colleagues. We also try to encourage the habit of persistence in the goals we set for ourselves and to know how to contribute something positive to our life project. Once we know what motivates us and how to solve our work and personal concerns, we can more easily help our clients or coworkers to find their own purpose, what they are looking for, encouraging in them their own personal development.

Business leadership.

When we are Coaches we need to show leadership capacity, how to be a leader? It is a question that always comes up if we are in front of a business and mainly if we deal with other people. Mainly we must be an example for others to follow in human aspects, because we are the reflection of our intention for the world; we need to be clear about what our responsibilities are. In the business field, a leader must be aware of the market niche, the demand for our offer, our competition, our resources and our value to customers. We must always have a timely response to the concerns of our colleagues and our customers. The greatest burden is on the leaders to make decisions for our company, to determine that course that will guide many to a collective success that will also represent a personal achievement. A very positive approach to our actions as leaders is to provide help to others, as we can facilitate a better solution to the problems that arise along the way. It is important to know that we are a reference for our work team and especially for the market where we develop and any mistake has repercussions for the company in particular.
