Transcription Create task list
Like all types of learning, to teach others we must learn the operation, advantages and disadvantages of some subject. We need to become efficient in the tasks we want to accomplish and formalize a work rhythm. Creating a task list allows us to test the effectiveness of our organization. Once we make it work for us then we are sure to start sharing it with clients. Surely we have a variety of time-consuming activities and procedures that need to be accomplished. Writing down our next actions or life responsibilities will help track our progress and fulfill them with greater accountability.
Our to-do list.
We are looking for a way to consolidate what we are going to accomplish, whether they are simple tasks or very serious goals for our future. The to-do list can be shaped by our intentions but in a more objective sense to things we can accomplish by our own means. We take into account the important tasks as a guideline and also the urgent tasks that we must solve in a certain period of time. For the list we establish priorities of personal character since it comes from us the necessity and it is for us the success that this will bring us.
List and agenda.
There are always differences of definition as far as we are concerned between list and agenda. The agenda is a calendar of succession of marked events and the list is a more particular case of the descriptions of the agenda. In our to-do list we set the tasks to be done perhaps in a whole day, their schedules and order in order to organize how the events will happen. An example of this can be the housework; cleaning chores two hours of the day, going to the market in the middle of the morning, lunch in its schedule, attending in the afternoon to an important event which we should not miss and free time for the evening for study until the time to rest for the next day where we also have responsibilities.
Priorities.
It is important to know that in life we gain and lose, everything behaves proportionally, the more we gain the more we have to lose. It is impossible to have everything at all, therefore to fulfill some objectives sometimes it may be necessary to let go of some things to get others. Assuming this sense of detachment can be understood according to the order of priorities in our to-do list. What or how much will it cost us to get what we want? We are not necessarily referring to money when it comes to losing or gaining, but to the changes they bring.
Investment of time.
The resources we can draw on for our to-do list can be limitless, but of these the one resource that is valued as precious is time. Within the first efforts we make for our objectives we have tasks to accomplish, and for this we consider what time would be needed to do it effectively. The first thing to accomplish our tasks is an investment of time. We know that we want to set limits for ourselves so as not
