Transcription Virtue of justice

The virtue of Justice encompasses those strengths of character that are fundamental to fostering and maintaining a healthy and equitable community life.

These qualities relate to a sense of civic responsibility, fairness in dealing with others and the ability to lead groups towards common goals in a constructive manner.

Citizenship and Social Responsibility

This strength is manifested in the active contribution to the welfare of the community and in the fulfillment of civic duties.

It implies working well as a member of a team or group, assuming the part of responsibility that corresponds to collective tasks and the maintenance of social order.

Practical examples include taking care of common spaces, such as parks and public property, maintaining the cleanliness of one's own home and surroundings, and, in a broader sense, respecting other people and the rules of coexistence.

Being a good citizen, with values and principles that seek not to harm others, is the essence of this strength.

Equanimity and Impartiality

Equanimity is the ability to treat all people fairly and equitably, without allowing personal feelings, prejudice or favoritism to interfere with judgment or actions.

It requires an effort to be objective when assessing situations and interacting with others, ensuring that everyone is treated fairly and considerately.

This strength is essential for building relationships based on trust and mutual respect, and for making fair decisions in any field.

Positive Leadership

Leadership, as a strength within the virtue of Justice, refers to the ability to encourage and motivate a group so that its members work together towards the achievement of common goals.

A good leader not only organizes and directs. But also inspires people to act, fostering an environment of collaboration and commitment.

It involves making others want to participate and contribute to the collective effort, recognizing and enhancing the capabilities of each member of the group.

It is an important quality for the proper functioning of any team, organization or community.
