Good ventilation should be maintained in all areas. Facilities should be sanitized periodically, especially surfaces, floors, telephones, door handles, furniture, etc., using household bleach diluted in water and intensifying chemical safety measures.

At the end of the work shift, all equipment and machinery, such as dispensers, counters or any surface that may have been in contact with workers' hands, should be sanitized following established cleaning procedures.

Sanitizing actions should be performed with vinyl/acrylonitrile gloves, and if latex gloves are used, it is recommended to use cotton gloves underneath. Generally, when in contact with common disinfectants for a few minutes, viruses are inactivated, as can be in freshly prepared dilutions of bleach with chlorine concentration of 1g/l and prepared with 1:50 dilution of a 40-50 gr/l concentration bleach.

Hydrogen peroxide with a concentration of 0.5% in one minute or ethanol between 62-71% can be other very effective solutions. The use of other disinfectants to inactivate viruses should be checked beforehand to ensure their effectiveness.

Disinfectants should be used according to the contents of the safety data sheets. Depending on the existing levels of danger, cleaning workers should use the personal protective equipment indicated for that situation, and once the work is finished, they should dispose of the equipment safely, and im
