What does success in our company depend on? We already know many arguments to make our business work like a big machine, and we have reviewed their particularities. We can continue to consolidate our economic bases, but what are the factors that influence our lack of success? The idea of success is mainly subject to the fear of failure in the market; we need the competition to establish a reference of success for our company. Success sometimes depends on small details like the ones we will share here to strengthen our knowledge as a Business Coach.

Value proposition.

It may seem that we are redundant in some aspects such as the value proposition of our company, but this serves to create even more awareness of our wealth. Do you know what would happen to our business if our proposal lacked value for the customer? Naturally we would be just another business, and the customer would find no difference between us and any competition. On the other hand, when we are clear about our objective and the value we want to provide, it is very easy to show our authenticity. A value proposition guarantees the long-term survival of our business in the supply market.

The management team.

It is useless to have good ideas and strategies to stay in the market if our management team is not sufficiently prepared to represent our interests. The management team's commitment to our company is one of the factors that influence our failure to succeed. Our people must know and share our vision in order to make strategic decisions that can define our business direction. If our commercial management team is not focused on the objective we are pursuing, they can make wrong choices that will harm the business.

Culture of innovation.

We already know that it is not enough to be good, we have to be constantly good. Creativity is an essential part of our quest to maintain a culture of innovation in the company. The market of offers and demands is in constant modification and we as a business must maintain the culture of innovation to surprise our customers with products or services that are within reach of their needs, more effective, more economical and motivating for their consumption. A company without innovation can make our value obsolete and would be a factor that would prevent our success. The culture of innovation allows us to have the ability to open ourselves to new ways of working looking for improvements for the customer and his request.

Advertising and marketing.

Imagine that we have the most innovative and promising service offerings that a business can have, but they would remain anonymous if it were not for advertising and marketing. Advertising and marketing are the visualization of our business to the world, if we did not take these elements into account our company would be a digital ghost. Marketing and advertising influence both sales and the quality of our offerings. With a good marketing and advertising strategy we can guarantee much of the success of our company.
