In this meeting we are already immersed in the dynamics of the business and we can enjoy certain prestige and business success, both economically and socially; because we are influential people in the society we interact with and our opinion is very much taken into account. Now we have the pleasure of success, product of our effort, time and dedication to our work and to the client. However, by being a successful person we have not solved everything; we need to maintain our most valuable source; our customers. So how will you use your success to benefit your customers?

Bring your vision closer to your customers.

Customers see in us a paradigm of success, therefore the customer gives value to our opinion. They need to know how you think. The best way to benefit your customers is to get closer to them; to bring your vision closer to them.

Share with them your way of understanding the value of communication to generate an empathic link between the customer and the company. Make them see the importance of the customer himself for a business and what this value represents. It is important not to take success as a personal achievement but as a collective one; show the customer that our business is made up of a team that makes a better product possible. This vision that we bring to the customer would not be complete without their opinion about our service and the interaction that this generates.

Offer your knowledge.

An interesting way to benefit your clients is to offer our knowledge in the area of sustainability and even finance and wellness.

To bring our knowledge closer to the client we use the simplest and most effective formula, communication. Through lectures and workshops we can further engage our client with the workings of our business in an interactive and dynamic way that allows them to get a sense of what they have in their hands. Providing our knowledge to the client helps them to see in us a sign of sincerity and the potential value of our company.

Recommendations.

One way we can benefit the client is by offering recommendations. If you have some kind of success you must have references that have driven you to get where you are, when you recommend instructive bibliography you give the client the opportunity to access the knowledge of which you have nourished for your growth. Since we can influence the people around us with our knowledge we can also take into account the recommendations of customers for us and our business as it is an appropriate and conscious way to recognize that they have values to contribute and take advantage of in our favor. We must keep in mind that a wrong recommendation to our customers can negatively influence our image and our sense of integrity, affecting the trust they place in us.

Be grateful.

When we are grateful we are giving back everything that is given to us in a disinterested way, therefore it is important to show our clients that we take this value into account. Thankfulness benefits both the giver and the receiver and if we thank the customer we are giving them active participation in our success, thus giving them the benefit of being an important part of our purpose with our business. If we are grateful we show the customer that their benefit is also a benefit to our business. When a customer benefits from our values as a company, they repay us with their loyalty to our business and service.

Motivate with your experience.

Customers come to our company because we are able to activate in them the best shopping experience, the best benefits in products or services, the best offer. If we offer a poor experience it is logical that the customer will feel that our offer lacks motivation for them. To motivate customers we can offer them a different experience every time they interact, because we can show them the facets or variants of our service. Using our experience to motivate the customer is pleasant because we let them know the road we have traveled to get to the present day and t
