What can I eat, what can't I eat, will skipping a diet one day ruin my career? These are frequently asked questions about one of the most controversial topics out there: fitness and nutrition.
Will eating foods high in sugar or fat ruin the diet?
Not necessarily: Most people go on diets with the aspiration of losing weight, others decide to embark on a healthy lifestyle away from bad eating habits, however, cravings to eat something forbidden by the diet almost always remain.
A week of healthy diet through the intake of fat-free meats, oatmeal, rice, fruits and vegetables, can be ruined by the consumption of a sweet or a portion of french fries? In this way, you will not only be eating correctly, but you will feel satisfied and eager to maintain the diet.
Don't be discouraged if you see others maintaining a strictly healthy diet day in and day out. The average person doesn't. Factors such as stress, resources, environment, lifestyle influence this. Remember that moderation and follow-through are the key to success.
Negative effects of junk food
The problem with junk food is that it is cheaper and much more accessible. There are many more gastronomic centers that offer this type of food than healthy food. If you leave the house in a hurry on your way to a work meeting and need to eat something on the way, you will see a healthy food place among doze
