Transcription Invitation to Action
From the Comfort Zone to the Learning Zone
Any formative process, such as this course, runs the risk of remaining a mere intellectual accumulation if it is not translated into movement.
The closing of the program is an invitation to leave the comfort zone - that space where we feel safe but where nothing new flourishes - to enter the learning zone.
This transition involves taking risks, trying new tools in the classroom and accepting that at first we will feel awkward.
Educational innovation does not happen in books, it happens in the trenches of the classroom when a teacher dares to ask a different question.
It is normal to encounter internal and external resistance (the inertia of the system, the skepticism of "vegetative" colleagues as opposed to "motivated" ones).
However, the empowered teacher understands that fear is part of the journey and uses coaching tools for self-management.

Teachers have in their hands the power to activate this multiplier potential. But for this to be legitimate, the educator must experience the process first hand. You cannot be an effective coach if you have not "coached" yourself.
The final invitation is to consistency: to apply in one's own life the time management, the appreciative gaze and the search for purpose that we desire for our students.
When the teacher shines with his or her own light, there is no need to impose authority; his or her
