Transcription Ability to make decisions
For many purposes our decision making abilities are influenced by dissimilar issues that constantly appear before us and become challenges to overcome in order to position ourselves where we want to be. The most conditioning are your own emotions, that inner conflict that no one knows about and that you know you have to deal with on a daily basis. We usually place a high value on our priorities and our time, so our decisions are always governed by our interests. How do I get closer to my goals and how do I make the best use of my time, are the most frequent questions when we are faced with an event that can define our present.
Resilience.
Resilience is the concept that defines the capacity to adapt to difficulties or unfavorable traumatic events that happen to us. We are all affected by losses and adversities because they determine our state of mind, triggering changes in our way of thinking. The main thing we take into account are our priorities, whether it is achieving a job, passing a course that brings us growth or simply going to the gym to keep fit.
Obviously for the planning process we take into account the time in which we need to overcome the actions, because as we accomplish them we add next goals. The action plan has the function of recording both short and long term objectives; the most rigorous thing we can demand of ourselves for its fulfillment is discipline.
Sources of motivation.
During our internal thinking phase we self-analyze our motivations, what do we still need to achieve to feel fulfilled as a person? All achievements require discipline and effort but mainly they demand a motivation, something that calls our attention from within. Many elements can be motivating for life, the need to learn new knowledge, a trip where we exchange with other cultures, or meet someone who simply opens a different door for us. Mainly through our motivation we activate our creative sense to lead us to the best decisions; you have many sources of motivation, but clearly a good motivation influences our ability to make decisions?
Critical thinking.
When defining our goals, it is advisable to be guided by critical thinking that constantly questions whether or not we are on the right path. Driven by motivation or a creative idea, the questi
