Transcription Pressure and other people's expectations

Those who get involved in an accelerated pace of life without taking care of the necessary balance between all the aspects that make up the well-being of a human being, eventually suffer the harmful effects that social pressure and the challenge of new challenges cause, requiring the specialized attention of a coach to resume their tasks with the efficiency and energy they demand. The presence of a coaching professional guarantees the necessary guidance to reorganize their life structure and conquer higher stages in their personal growth. During the work sessions with the coach the client will learn to observe reality from a healthy point of view.

Timely guidance from the coach

In the personal work sessions the coach and the client exchange ideas and opinions in an environment that favors relaxation and places the client in a receptive mode so that he/she can appropriate the resources that will free him/her from the harmful state generated by the pressure that is controlling his/her current reality. A coach works with the information that the client shares with him and it happens that many people affected by external pressures have created strong links with the past and bring to the present experiences the bad results of previous actions.

Using appropriate strategies the coach demonstrates that the past only brings the learning of what was negative and encourages the client to see it with an objective and practical look that motivates them to do things differently.

Professional coaching recognizes that in a healthy proportion and from the client's priorities, well-managed pressure provides a positive impulse that helps the person to move forward. It refers to the type of pressure that makes us recognize our mistakes and, from an internal process, find a way to overcome them.

Working with emotions

In the search for solutions to deal with pressure, the client must learn to work with his emotions, know how to identify them and see how they influence his response to external stimuli. This learning allows him to reorient his points of view and to see that what he considers aggressions are only assumptions of his mind.

Our emotions determine our habits and behaviors and this is also where the client's responsibility plays a decisive role in training him to manage his emotions on a daily basis.

Understanding the management of emotions is not easy because they are mechanisms that our mind uses to keep us safe in our comfort zone. Emotions make us respond to external stimuli by elaborating assumptions that nullify the risk of taking on new challenges, then appearing excuses, the feeling of being hurt, of not being good enough or deserving of something, exhaustion, stress, the desire to isolate oneself, and many other manifestations that prevent us from moving towards our goals.

Creating a state of well-being

One of the best things a coach can do for his client is to encourage him to take respo
