Tips for overcoming a sedentary lifestyle

It is not necessary to spend many hours a day in a gym to leave behind the sedentary lifestyle we have. It is enough to progressively incorporate certain activities into our daily routine to start enjoying the benefits of an active lifestyle.

Walk at least 20 minutes a day: Anyone can walk 20 minutes a day without problems, you should set yourself the goal of doing a daily walk of at least 20 minutes, this is enough to prevent numerous cardiovascular diseases, break with your sedentary routine and keep your body active.
