Stress is a psychological state harmful to human health, which is caused by mental collapse and exhaustion induced by the bad practice of subjecting a person to a higher level of demand than he/she can respond to. In correspondence to the above, the organism experiences a series of physical and psychological alterations that behave as disorders, which can be noticed through overwhelm, sadness, anxiety, nervousness, frustration, among others.

If we apply it to physical exercises, it is about trying to lift a weight that is significantly greater than what our muscles and joints can support, instead of strengthening the muscular system gradually. The same thing happens with our mind: when the demands we place on ourselves far exceed our brain's capacity to respond, stress is generated, which accumulates as a kind of injury that intensifies over time.

It is important to clarify that stress as a pathology manifests itself as a kind of injury, we can diminish or aggravate it depending on the actions we perform, but it is enough to act recklessly to significantly enhance the effects of this.

Stress has a significant influence on most of the vital processes carried out by our organism, it acts as a memory blocker, so memorizing even the simplest things can be a very difficult task when we are in this state.

People under stress see their work performance decrease. One of the elements that suffers the most is sleep, where serious disorders appear that prevent us from resting to the fullest, this triggers other evils such as weight gain caused by the excessive release of glucose to the alarm signals that our body receives, which usually ends up mutating into other very serious affectations that can damage the body considerably.
