Transcription Agile Maturity Test

The Agile Maturity Test is another assessment tool that complements the Team Health Monitor.

While the health monitor focuses on the team's subjective perception of its well-being and processes, the maturity test seeks to provide a more objective assessment of the degree to which the team is applying specific agile practices.

It is often implemented as a questionnaire (e.g., a Google form) with specific questions about the adoption of various agile techniques and ceremonies.

The results can generate a report or scorecard that indicates areas where the team shows greater or lesser maturity in its implementation of agile, offering specific recommendations.

Objective Assessment of Agile Practices

The primary purpose of the Agile Maturity Test is to perform an observable fact-based assessment of the implementation of specific agile practices.

Maturity Test: Measures objective implementation of specific practices (e.g., "Do we perform retrospectives after each Sprint?"). It is valuable to understand the degree of actual adoption of methodologies.

Both tools are complementary: a team can have high maturity (apply
