Transcription Routine for getting up after sleep

Rest time at night is essential to repair our organism after long days of work and to recover the energy we will need to face our tasks during the morning. That said, it is important that we take care of the quality of our sleep, but we must also take care of the way in which we interrupt our rest and join our daily tasks. Our awakening plays a big role in our mood and the mental well-being with which we start our day.

Establishing a routine for getting up after sleep will help you to create healthy habits, which once they are incorporated into your subconscious, will be easier to replicate in your successive mornings. During the development of this guide we will be deepening in a series of recommendations to include in your morning routines, in order to ensure a proper incorporation into your daily routine once you have finished your rest time.

Gradual incorporation

Remember that your mind has been in sleep mode for several hours, so the interruption of this rest can cause a series of effects that must be assimilated gradually. To make the drowsy feeling go away, you can try incorporating natural light sources into your room. Start by opening some windows so that the impact of the light acts as an inhibitor of the hormone melatonin, which is one of the main causes of the feeling of sleepiness.

Once the drowsiness begins to fade, proceed with short muscle stretches to counteract the tension in your muscles from being in a state of rest for so long. If you have enough time, include a morning shower before breakfast and this will be useful to reactivate your brain and prepare it for the day's tasks.

Organize your room

Organizing your room can have very positive effects on your emotional state. It is truly pleasant to start the day with the feeling that we are maintaining discipline and order. Leaving household chores undone such as dirty dishes or a messy room is not a good start to your day. Remember that what you will look forward to most when you finish your workday is to arrive home to an environment that is conducive to rest and relaxation.

Having your room in order and the basic tasks covered will allow you more time to enjoy your evening, focused on restoring your energy after work.

Organize your schedule

Organizing your agenda is nothing more than having prepared in advance the tasks you will have to perf
