Transcription Auditory technique

More than a study technique, what we will offer below is a variant of learning that is not for all types of people. Unlike other study techniques, this one is not focused on increasing the retention of knowledge or that you can learn faster and more easily, it only seeks to offer a variant of study very useful for certain types of people, who given their personal conditions can take advantage of it.

The technique we are referring to is called "Auditory Technique", fruit of the advance of technologies and adjusted to the new learning models. Next we will see what this technique consists of and the different types of applications that you will be able to find in it, all with the objective of providing you with the necessary elements to determine if it is suitable or not for your studies.

What does it consist of?

The auditory technique consists of replacing reading with audio, it is based on incorporating knowledge through listening, so that we can review the contents without having to stop to read, strain our eyes or interrupt other daily tasks. As we said, it is not a technique for all types of people, reading has many advantages that can not be supplied by listening, allows correct spelling, review the writing of certain words and improves the ability to understand and agility for reading.

If you have already heard about audiobooks, it will be easy for you to understand what the audio technique is all about. It is a new model that optimizes time and allows you to obtain large amounts of information in a short time and with less effort.

Forms of application

Many students, especially at the university level, decide to stop taking notes in class. Many simply do not like to write and prefer to listen to the professor's explanations without wasting time taking notes. For this type of students, we recommend, with prior authorization from their professor, that they record classes using a common recorder such as the one that can be built into any cell phone.

This will allow you, since you do not have the class notes, to be able to review the contents later, with the advantage of being able to have them in an integrated form.

Another very common case is that of not having enough time to read articles or books of great length. In these cases you can turn to different free readers, available on the Internet, which will read the text for you while you only have to listen to it as if it were a song. In this way you can make use of the multitasking method, where you can do other activities while you review the content you had to read. This will also allow you to finish your books fast
