- 30 ounces of pumpkin cut into small cubes.

- 1kg broccoli
- 2 bell peppers

- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 4 tablespoons honey

- First we must cook the whole wheat noodles in a pot with hot water following the cooking instructions for the selected noodles.
