To work as a Personal Trainer legally, you need a solid education that supports your knowledge in anatomy, physiology and training programming. Our courses are designed to prepare you to obtain official certifications and to comply with the requirements of the register of sports professionals of your autonomous community.
It is not strictly mandatory, but it is highly recommended to have a passion for sport and to be familiar with basic strength exercises. The syllabus ranges from the fundamentals of biomechanics to advanced hypertrophy and high performance techniques, guiding you step by step through your theoretical and practical learning.
