To work legally as a Personal Trainer, you need solid training that validates your knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and training programming. Our courses are designed to prepare you to obtain official certifications and meet the requirements of the sports professionals registry in your autonomous community.
It is not strictly required, but it is highly recommended to have a passion for sport and be familiar with basic strength exercises. The curriculum starts from the fundamentals of biomechanics and progresses to advanced hypertrophy and high-performance techniques, guiding you step by step in your theoretical and practical learning.
You will learn to calculate caloric requirements and to balance macronutrients according to the client's specific goal (fat loss, muscle mass gain, or improvement in endurance performance). You will also study nutrient timing, supplementation with scientific evidence (creatine, whey protein, caffeine), and how to adapt the diet to different sports.
Our main methodology is online to offer you maximum flexibility, supported by detailed video lessons on exercise execution and real case studies. However, we offer the possibility of arranging professional internship agreements with gym chains, high-performance centers, and affiliated sports clinics throughout the country.
The job opportunities are immense. You can work as an in-person personal trainer at gyms, group exercise instructor, physical trainer for candidates preparing for public service exams (police, firefighters) or sports teams, nutrition advisor, or even start your own profitable online coaching and remote training business.
