- The name of the person responsible for record keeping and documentation is known.
- Packaging for different products is clearly distinguished to avoid confusion.
- Avoid mixing different containers on a pallet.
- Specialized personnel working on the line to allow for interpretation of foreign language packaging.
- Avoid storing different types of containers on the line.
- Consistency of allergen color coding on packaging.
- Clear and accurate pallet labeling and allergen storage control.
- Adequate lighting in the work area.
- Separation of packaging types when receiving from suppliers.
