The importance of voice and body Welcome to this training focused on body language.
The main objective of this course is twofold: first, to help you master your own body language to project messages of charisma and confidence; and second, to enable you to detect and correctly interpret the non-verbal signals emitted by others.
Most individuals underestimate the power of this area of communication.
They focus almost exclusively on the words they choose, whether in a professional setting as managers, employees or entrepreneurs, or in their private interactions. However, this focus is incomplete.
A substantial part of any message is conveyed not by what we say, but by how we say it (our voice) and how we move (our body).
What you communicate with your posture, your gestures, or the way you modulate your voice often reveals much more about your true intentions and emotional states than the words you use.

Innate body language is inherently more honest and significantly more difficult to manipulate.
