Transcription Creative visualization. the treasure map

The "treasure map" is a visualization technique that consists of creating a physical and visual representation of the goals and ideal life you want to achieve.

This device, although it may seem simple, can act as a powerful mental conditioner to focus attention and motivate action toward goals.

Creation of the Treasure Map

To create a treasure map, take a sheet of paper or cardboard and place images, words or drawings that represent the desired achievements, experiences or states.

These images can be obtained from magazines, personal photographs or by searching for them on the Internet and then printing them.

For example, if you want to be a musician and travel, you can include images of yourself playing in a band, an airplane or desired locations.

If you want to write books, you can put a picture of a desk or successful books.

What is important is that the images are specific and evoke a positive emotional response.

It is recommended to limit it to five or six main goals to maintain focus.

The Power of Constant Exposure

Once created, the treasure map should be placed in visible places where it can be seen several times a day: when waking up, in the kitchen, in the bathroom, etc...

This constant exposure to images of the desired goals helps to keep them present in the mind, both consciously and unconsciously.

It functions as a visual reminder that reinforces the vision and helps condition the mind to look for opportunities and take actions aligned with those goals.
