Transcription Virtue of courage and courage

The virtue of Courage and Courage brings together a set of character strengths that are manifested in the ability to face and overcome challenges, fear and difficulties, maintaining integrity and determination in the pursuit of meaningful goals.

Courage

Courage is defined as the strength not to be intimidated or back down in the face of threats, challenges, difficulties or pain.

It does not imply the absence of fear. But the ability to act in spite of it.

A courageous person is one who, recognizing the risks or potential discomfort, chooses to confront the situation rather than avoid it, especially when there is a greater good or important goal at stake.

Perseverance

Perseverance is the quality of finishing what you start, of persisting in the effort despite obstacles or lack of immediate progress.

A persevering person remains committed to his or her goals over time, demonstrating tenacity and resilience in the face of difficulties.

It is crucial to ask how often projects that have been started are completed and whether the effort is maintained even when the going gets tough.

Honesty (Authenticity and Integrity)

Honesty, in this context, refers to being authentic and behaving in a sincere manner, taking responsibility for one's feelings and actions.

It implies living according to one's values and presenting oneself to the world as one is, without pretending to be someone different to please others or to gain advantages.

To be honest is to question whether you are acting with authenticity in all interactions or whether you are resorting to social "masks".

Energy and Vitality (Enthusiasm)

Energy, also understood as vitality or enthusiasm, is the strength to face life with vigor and a proactive attitude.

It manifests itself in living existence as an adventure, feeling alive, active and able to radiate a "good vibe" to others.

It is comparable to being like the sun, which naturally radiates warmth and light, showing an energetic and positive disposition in the face of life's various situations.
