Transcription Training Implementation and Evaluation.

Modalities: Face-to-face, In-Company and Online.

The delivery of the training program can be done through various modalities, each with its own advantages.

On-site training outside the company allows the employee to get away from the daily pressure and immerse himself/herself in a specialized educational environment.

In-company training takes place within the organization's facilities and is ideal when there is a large group of participants, reducing costs per person.

The choice of modality will depend on the nature of the gap to be closed and the resources available in the organization.

Kirkpatrick's four levels for measuring effectiveness

To assess whether training has been truly effective, Kirkpatrick's four-level framework is often used.

The first level is reaction, which measures the degree of participants' satisfaction and feelings about the program they received.

The second is learning, which assesses the knowledge and skills actually mastered after the course.

The third is behavior, which verifies whether the changes in behavior are effectively applied in the daily workplace.

Finally, the organizational outcome level measures whether the impact of training justifies the investment through cost savings, increased profits or improved quality of the final product.

Without this comprehensive measurement, training runs the risk of being seen as an expense rather than a strategic investment.

Training evaluation does not end at the end of the course; consistent follow-up over a period of three to six months is required to validate the transfer of learning.

During this time, the immediate supervisor and the organizational development area should observe whether the gap or deficiency originally detected has diminished or disappeared.

This monitoring allows correcting deviations and adjusting the program for future cycles.

The success of a training program is confirmed only when the
