By definition, a diet is a style of eating that we undergo with the purpose of reducing our body weight, improving our health, or any other aspect generally associated with the body. Holistic nutrition is presented as a lifestyle that encompasses everything from the most spiritual and mental state of the organism to the simplest aspects of the human body. Most diets are abandoned in a short period of time, these usually end in a rebound effect that makes the subject to regain the lost kilos very easily, so that in many cases you end up gaining more fat than before starting the diet.
This happens when we downplay the importance of our non-body part to focus only on the body. That is why holistic nutrition is an integral knowledge that seeks to make permanent changes, as a result of the understanding of the subject, of each of the aspects involved in the processes of nutrition.
