Time, we owe more to it than to any other invention of mankind. Among all our work to be done, its influence always falls on us in the rush to achieve actions on time. The way we manage our time is elementary to become efficient in the pending activities because sometimes it is not relevant to dedicate so much but enough. We become responsible with the tasks when we respect our personal discipline and this always manifests itself in good results. These days becoming productive is vital in all entrepreneurs and to achieve this we not only adapt to take advantage of work time but also free time. If we teach someone to manage their time as coaches we do it from ourselves, do we manage to fulfill our time management in a responsible way? The merit and result will always be personal when we plan ourselves.

How do we manage distractions?

Nowadays it is very easy to get distracted, social networks, emails, people, and even daydreaming, everyday things are all around us all the time. Distractions are also part of one's thinking when it is not yet organized. For example; if we have arranged an agenda of tasks and we follow it to the letter distractions will have no place. At some point in the day when we are busy we receive a call about other issues that are not necessarily work-related, but are important; this undoubtedly represents a distraction that takes away time, whether it is little or much, because urgencies have the power to throw us to take priorities.

Time blocks.

Time blocks or time boxes can become a personal time management strategy when we know how long it takes us to accomplish a certain task. Example; we have work sessions from eight to twelve noon, and an hour of lunch to continue in another work in the afternoon, in this way we can begin to understand our blocks of time in a general way. If we get distracted we run the risk of having too little time for lunch, an important time to devote to our nutrition and a short break. The time box structures are applied to a general sense of society and therefore schedules of personnel flow are established, for example in transit or commercial establishments; in the early hours of the morning as well as at six in the evening there is a greater flow of people moving from work to home and vice versa.

Work time.

To manage our work time and see how we can be more productive it is advisable to disable digital notifications, keep the cell phone on silent in order to avoid distraction. Something elementary that may seem simple but becomes effective is to organize your workspace, by keeping your site in order psychologically and visually we also avoid distractions and transmit an air of order in our internal emotionality.

Avoid simultaneous tasks that you think you can accomplish because in reality you only manage to accomplish forty-five percent of these, to organize ourselves better we conclude one at a time. It is better to fulfill an action correctly than to try to cover and without results. Take short breaks between one activity and another, although it may seem a waste of time, it can be very beneficial because it keeps our neurons prepared for the change of attention that we will pay to another task. The excess of work can fatigue and stress us very easily, therefore if we avoid stress due to fatigue we can have a better performance during our working time.

Plan ahead.

Most of our time can be affected by external factors, so it is necessary to plan our next day in advance. Do you already know what you will do tomorrow? Well, if you don't know you run the risk of losing time in your life that you can invest in being productive, learning something new or avoiding that tasks pile up. When we plan our actions we become masters of our time and we can dedicate ourselves to things that really are a personal or professional priority. If we do not know what we will do the next day we put ourselves at the disposal of fate and our time can be occupied by matters that are not important and disengage us from the goals or objectives we want to achieve.

Time at home.

The house, our den, the home is the place where we live and share with our family a great part of our personality and where we are most comfortable, here there is also a time where we need to accomplish tasks. The first thing that says about us is how we live, first we order ou
