In general, they are very affordable exercises for everyone, they are inexpensive exercises that do not require large machines or gyms and can be practiced in almost all types of environments and circumstances.

Cardio Exercises

Cardiovascular exercises, or aerobic exercises as they are also known, consist of performing physical activities based on rapid and cyclically repeated movements. These exercises cause fatigue and require lung capacity to be performed, in turn influencing the heart, making it work intensely. This is the reason why this type of exercise is called cardio or aerobic.

Cardio exercises should be performed for prolonged periods of time, forcing the body to expand its cardiovascular and aerobic capabilities. When the cardiovascular system and lungs are forced to overexert themselves to oxygenate our cells, caloric expenditure increases and performance improves. Age or time are not limiting to incorporate these exercises to your daily routines, you do not need to go to a gym daily or have expensive equipment at home, a common bicycle or keep a good pace when walking to work in the mornings will be more than enough for cardio exercises to be incorporated into your life.

Simple exercises to do

Running is one of the most beneficial physical activities that exist for the organism, it makes most of our muscles work, it demands the constant effort of our heart, strengthening it and activating our lungs. You can run in the mornings, afternoons or evenings, there is no strict schedule. It is recommended to perform it with a medium-low intensity, it is not about running as fast as you can, but to do it at a pace that you can endure for a long time. Jogging on your way to work can be a useful way to do this activity without affecting your free time.

Another exercise with a great impact on our health is walking. As absurd as it may seem, walking is an excellent exercise. It is advisable to walk at an accelerated pace that demands us physically and for long periods of time.
