Consequences of ignoring the technical profile
Ignoring the job profile and the required competencies in order to give priority to emotional or family ties (nepotism) has harmful consequences in the medium term.
A quick and precarious entry of unqualified personnel usually leads to theft, poor product quality, a degraded work environment and, finally, the failure of the organization, especially in small companies.
The employee who enters without the right profile will hardly adapt to the internal rules and processes, quickly becoming an administrative headache.
In addition, hiring a well-known person just because he/she is well known, without a transparent selection process, generates resentment in the rest of the team that perceives injustice and favoritism.
The success of a company lies in a clean and technical selection process; hiring for "helping" a friend or relative usually ends in the dismissal of that same person for bad behavior, damaging not only the operation but also the previous personal relationship.
